The project is a modern high-tech industrial complex with a total area of over 35,500 m². The plant is designed as a single mechanism, combining a powerful production base with a highly developed administrative and domestic infrastructure. The main building is a single-story structure with impressive dimensions of 237.2 x 178.0 m, ensuring optimal flow logistics for all stages of the foundry production process.
Infrastructure and Functional Zoning
The architectural solution provides a clear separation into production areas and a four-story integrated administrative and amenity block (AAB).
Production logistics includes a full technological cycle:
- Charge preparation areas and melting shop;
- Liquid metal transportation zones and core-making department;
- Foundry shop with knockout and reclamation sections;
- Heat treatment, finishing operations, and maintenance sectors.

Particular attention is paid to the AAB (measuring 12.0 x 74.0 m). The four floors of the complex ensure a comfortable environment for the management staff: from R&D departments and the technical bureau to conference rooms and a modern cafeteria with 100 seats. A fully equipped medical post is also provided for employees.

Engineering Systems and Climate Control
In this project, particular importance is placed on creating a favorable microclimate within the high-heat production environment. The heating and ventilation of the production hall are handled by modern Teplovey units.
This energy-efficient equipment ensures stable air exchange and maintains the specified temperature regime even during peak loads. The use of Teplovey units significantly reduces operating costs and guarantees compliance with the strictest environmental and sanitary standards of modern foundry production.
