As part of the implementation of the KIA automobile manufacturing plant project in the industrial zone of Kostanay, Strong Holding developed the “Technological Solutions” (TX) section for the entire production complex. The work was carried out under conditions of high organizational and engineering complexity, as the technological design was performed at a stage when the architectural, structural, and engineering sections had already been developed by other design organizations.
The main task was the precise integration of technological processes into the existing project solutions, taking into account strict deadlines and client requirements. The production complex, with a total area of over 101,000 m², includes six technological block workshops, each performing its own function within a unified production cycle.
Within the TX section, technological schemes were developed, equipment layouts were designed, intra-shop production and logistics flows were planned, and the coordination of technological equipment with engineering utilities was ensured. All design solutions were developed using 3D modeling, which allowed potential collisions to be identified and eliminated at the design stage.
