The meat processing plant project in Arkalyk is a modern industrial complex designed by Strong Holding taking into account all the requirements of sanitary, technological and construction safety. The territory of the enterprise is divided into three independent functional zones, which ensures optimal flow logic and compliance with sanitary standards. The project includes a high-tech slaughterhouse capable of processing up to 30 heads of cattle or up to 100 heads of small cattle per day. The flow chart is organized in such a way as to maximize process automation and minimize manual labor. The equipment for the slaughter unit was supplied by REVIC SP. Z O.O. (Poland), and the refrigeration systems were supplied by KRG LLP, which guarantees stable operation of all production units.
The building of the pre-slaughter pen ensures safe and comfortable placement of animals before processing, including the necessary elements of sanitary control. The meat semi-finished products workshop is equipped with preparatory, production, storage and administrative facilities, which makes it possible to organize a full production cycle. The project provides optimal storage conditions for raw materials and packaging materials, as well as convenient production logistics.
