Milling Complex for Tamerlan — a Modern Mill Project
Strong Holding developed a complete set of design documentation for the construction of a high-tech milling complex for Tamerlan. The project was executed using modern equipment, digital technologies, and solutions that ensure efficient grain processing and production of high-quality flour.
The milling complex is designed with equipment from leading global manufacturers and covers the entire production cycle — from raw material intake to shipment of the finished product.

Modern Technological Equipment
The complex includes:
- Mill from the Turkish company Genc Degirmen with a capacity of 600 tons per day;
- Grain storage facility based on 8 silos with a total capacity of 24,000 tons from Obial;
- Grain cleaning and drying equipment from the leading European company Bühler.
Obial has been operating in the Kazakhstan market since 2003 and has completed over 150 projects with a total storage capacity of approximately 1,500,000 tons, demonstrating its reliability and technological stability.

Complete Technological Cycle Developed by Strong Holding
The project includes all stages of grain processing:
- Grain intake through the weighing system with inspection;
- Laboratory quality control of raw materials;
- Grain drying and cleaning processes;
- Processing of raw materials into high-quality flour;
- Storage of finished products;
- Shipment of flour by rail and road transport.
Each technological unit is integrated into the overall production system, ensuring stability, efficiency, and energy savings throughout the operation of the complex.
Professional Approach and High-Quality Design
The design of such a large-scale and technologically complex facility was made possible by the extensive experience of Strong Holding’s engineers. During the development, the following factors were taken into account:
- Client requirements;
- Specifications and recommendations from equipment suppliers;
- Industrial safety regulations;
- Technological standards of the milling industry.

The developed design documentation successfully passed State Expertise, receiving a positive conclusion, which confirms the quality of the project and its compliance with all regulations.
