Localization Center. Reconstruction of the Non-Ferrous Casting Building and the Administrative and Utility Complex (AUC) of Agromashholding KZ JSC
The reconstruction project of the Localization Center for Agromashholding KZ JSC became one of the key industrial projects implemented by Stron Holding in Kostanay. The Non-Ferrous Casting Building and the Administrative and Utility Complex (AUC) had been abandoned for many years, leading to significant damage to the metal structures and a reduction in their load-bearing capacity. The team of specialists conducted a thorough technical inspection, identified critical areas, and developed an optimal restoration strategy.
The project included structural recalculation and reinforcement, partial replacement of elements, and modernization of all engineering systems. The interior of the production building was redesigned to meet the modern requirements of agricultural machinery localization. The AUC was equipped to provide comfortable conditions for personnel, including updated communications, engineering systems, and functional zones. Particular attention was paid to energy efficiency, industrial safety, and technological logistics.
The use of BIM technologies allowed for precise planning of the reconstruction processes and the elimination of potential conflicts at the modeling stage. Upon completion, the facility was fully transformed into a modern localization center compliant with industry and international standards. The project serves as a prime example of comprehensive reconstruction of complex industrial buildings and highlights the technical and engineering expertise of Stron Holding.
